Information/experience are needed

1) correct instalation of a generator
2) does anyone has a direct contact information (beneteau France) including email address.

I am a owner of Beneteau Oceanis 46. My plan is to implement generator and water
maker. Even so I have tried to contact several times directly the Beneteau sales
organization in Finland I have not been able to get any answers at all.

Could you kindly help me to locate the correct positions in the boat to install
the generator and water maker including other needed guidelines.

It seems that the boat is a bit left side of the balanced if the water tanks
(both back and front) and diesel tank is full. Therefore I have thought that the
correct positions (generator) should be a bit right site of the boat.

Good luck getting the factory to help you set this up. I used a local mechanic with hands-on experience to install a NextGen 5.5 on the starboard aft. Trying googling for generator installs for your particular boat. With a generator you will likely continue to see a slight list, and a preference for one tack over the other in light winds, so pay attention to your equipment weight and placement.
