Generator Location

Has anyone put a generator on a 30 mkIII?If so, which one and where did you put it?I already have refrigeration and 17btu air conditioning in the port cockpit cabinet. I may have to move the air to put a generator there.Does anyone have both air and a generator? How'd you do it?

Generator & Air

I have seen C30 with the air conditioning compressor installed forward of the water tank located under the v berth. On my boat the compressor for the refrigerator is located under the starboard quarterberth next to the batter charger.I often dream of installing a generator in the port side locker. It is large and I think would be a good place. I an not familiar with the Mark III, ( I have the II) but believe they are enough alike that we can compare notes.

Mike,where would you mount a generator on the port side? THe only probable space may be in the lazzerette somewhere??George

Yeah, I guess thats what I'm asking.Does anyone have a generator installed in the lazzerette of a C-30?If so, which model fits?
