Gelcoat repair on older boat.

I have several chips and old screw holes to fill and was wondering how to best match the 20 year old dull and slightly off white color of my boat. I filled a few dings but the bright white and glossy repair stands out. Does any one have any tips on gelcoat tinting and de-glossing.
