Im restoring a 25 Mac, Its a 79 but really doesnt need paint. Before I use the ISLAND GIRL kit on the finish , what can I do for the stress cracks around her hull.
Gouge out the stress cracks and refill them with a marine body filler. If you don't do this the cracks will eventually show through your new paint job.
