I've had a number of different boats, both sail and power and have had gelcoat crazing in all of them including my 323. The tend to occur in high stress areas such as aroound the stanchions if they get bumped during docking or if they get leaned on a little too hard, or around winch bases. I don't like seeing them, but I always felt it was the nature of the beast. The dealer did re-do some of these same areas the first year I had the boat, some reappeared, others did not.
I have some now in my 323 around the primary winch bases and at the forward end of the cabin doghouse where it meets the deck. If they are really fine, I just put some "Creeping Crack Filler" in those areas. Otherwise the fix is to grind out the spider cracks with a dremel tool, clean them out really well and re gelcoat the area.
