Does anyone know the brand and color for the right match?

Matching gelcoat isn't done like it is for car paint. Gel coat just changes color over time. You have to match it to the surrounding gel coat by mixing it yourself. Even different parts of your boat that look the same will be slightly different, depending on what the surfaces have been exposed to. Your boat's over 40 years old and is nowhere near the same color it was 40 years ago, even if it appears to be in pristine condition.
