Gasket Material for Gray Portlites

Has anyone found a source for the round gasket material for the Gray Portlites?/ I wouls like to change the gasket materials as I have some leaks. Gray sells the gasket material by the foot for $ 2.75 per foot. This seems expensive. I was hoping for a rubber company to sell such an item.

Their rain drain model is the same size, I think the gasket sells for about $6-8 and it is pre-cut for the port light.
