Tim, I have the 3010
Just Installed it this year and love it. First Mate can read the numbers. The 3210 is an upgrade to the 3010 and uses G2 charts. You will need to read the lit on Garmin's site for G2 information. Not sure what options your are looking at for the 3210, but I have the full networked version and two weeks ago added the XM weather and radio to mine. This last Sunday the weather option saved a couple of slip mates. I was working on the boat and a weather alert was broadcast and I could see the thunderstorm 40 miles west coming at us. Warned them and they got to the slips 20 minutes before it hit. Have not added radar but thinking about it in a couple of years. Jim S/V Java
