Garmin 3006C Problem

Hi All,

My garmin 3006C has stopped locking on to a satellite. I have no SOG or COG readings. I have followed Garmin's suggestions which included replacing the power cable and antennae, but no luck.

Anyone ever had this problem?

When did you last update the firmware? If you have a garmin data card (and reader) you can download the latest version. If you don't have one, let me know and I can send you the latest version to see if that helps.

Dan,

I appreciate your suggestions and offer, but I found the problem. It turned out to be a wiring issue with the new antenna.
