I want to add a fourth Garhaurer clutch to the current bank of three. The four stainless bolts that feed through the aluminum spacers horizontally that hold the rope guides are frozen due to galv. corrosion. I have tried various penetrating oils and also tried pressing them out with a large C-Clamp ( bent the C-Clamp). I do not want to try heat given the close proximity to the deck. Any ideas on breaking free these seized bolts??

Its not a garhauer issue. I had rigrite clutches on my catalina. They are screwed into a metal plate embedded in the coach roof. Tried a mega sized flat head screwdriver, impact driver and penetrating oil. No use. Decided to pay a rigger to drill it out neatly.
Turned out he used a spray that desolved the BEDDING COMPOUND which kept the screws frozen. Once the screws came out, there was zero corrosion on the screws themselves.
I forgot what the spray was called....DOH!

Thanks for the response. Dig the rigger have to drill them out or did the spray free them up so they could be unscrewed?
