I have a three sheave deck organizer on my 1987 Oday 272. The sheaves are worn down and greatly deteriated. Where do I get replacements for the Garhauer. I do not want to replace the entire organizer because I do not want to plug the wholes and refit a new one. I have already tried D&R Marine. The Sheaves are 1.5 inch OD, 1/2-9/16 ID that have a sleeve in them. I have the sleves but need the sheaves. I tried the Garhauer site but it was confussing and I did not find the parts...they only list masthead sheaves.

Chris, I just spent a bunch of time chasing a similar part for my O'Day 302. I found a Ronstan part that was an exact replacement. Try the link below to find the part you need. Had the same problem on my 272LE. Found a 3 sheeve organizer on the 50% off rack at WestMarine. Pulled the sheeves from that one (didn't match the screw holes) and replaced the worn ones on the boat. With 2 $10 coupons cost me $4.00.
