Galley seacock

What size seacock for my galley sink in my 1987 Pearson 33. Also can I switch my halyards from wire/ rope to rope

At the first winter refit after purchase of my boat in 2008, I replaced my wire/rope halyards with rope. You do need to make sure the sheaves are large enough to handle the new halyards.
