I laid off replying only because it was 5 years ago that I removed my galley and my memory isn't what it used to be. Prompted by the lack of response, I'll give it a try.
Disconnect the sink plumbing and dismount the engine antisiphon loop if you have one.
Remove the drawers.
Remove the stove.
Unscrew and remove the cabinet face above the countertop on the port side.
Remove all the phillips head screws you can find. When you think you've found them all, give the galley a little nudge and go find the rest. There are several inside the drawer area and inside the door, some on the dinette side near the corner.
Gently lift up to clear the exhaust hose.
And you're done.
