Hi fellow gourmet skippers. I do all the cooking and cleaning on our boat and I like simple but tasty meals. I normally use my senses to determine the amount of each ingredient. One of my favorites among many to follow, follows: Egg fry for four to five adults Four to five medium washed un-peeled potatoes thinly sliced One medium onion thinly sliced Fry potatoes and onions until almost done Add two small cans of sliced button mushrooms and two hands full of bacon bits Stir together and finish cooking mix Pour in mix of eight scrambled eggs Stir and finish cooking egg blend. Cover mix with a thick layer of grated colby cheddar cheese Allow cheese to melt into mix Salt and pepper to taste I'm looking for your easy to prepare, healthy and tasty meals while cruising. Got any? Terry

I know it's not gourmet...however, In the summer

in Florida we just love ice cold pudding cups, fruit cups and jello cups.

Don't know, I'm just the "somelier" aboard

our yacht. With your breakfast dish I would recommend a chilled sparkling wine or some "mimosas" (champagne and orange juice in equal parts)
