Hi fellow gourmet skippers. I do all the cooking and cleaning on our boat and I like simple but tasty meals. I normally use my senses to determine the amount of each ingredient. One of my favorites among many to follow, follows:Egg fry for four to five adultsFour to five medium washed un-peeled potatoes thinly slicedOne medium onion thinly slicedFry potatoes and onions until almost doneAdd two small cans of sliced button mushrooms and two hands full of bacon bitsStir together and finish cooking mixPour in mix of eight scrambled eggsStir and finish cooking egg blend.Cover mix with a thick layer of grated colby cheddar cheeseAllow cheese to melt into mixSalt and pepper to tasteI'm looking for your easy to prepare, healthy and tasty meals while cruising.
