galley for a C22

I'm looking at purchasing a 1979 C22. It's in good condition, but does not have a galley, which I would like to have. Is it possible to add a galley unit? A Catalina unit designed for the 22? Find a used one from a 'parted out' 22? I'm very handy re building things, so installation would be no issue.Thanks

Check this place

They have one, but, it is about $400. You could build one cheeper. that is what the P.O. of my boat did. It works good, but takes up space, where the sliding galley would not.

Sliding galley

You might find that you rarely end up using the sliding galley. That's why they're missing from most C22s. They take up space and most folks hardly used 'em. You might think about just adding a gas BBQ and a Coleman stovetop instead.LaDonna

Don't spend excessive money on this project!

I wouldn't waste excessive amounts of money on this project. The alcohol stove is a joke, the water tank is easily replaced by a bottle (easier to refill too), and the sink....what's the point??? If you can get one really cheap, go for it but don't sweat over it.
