Fusion Radio to iPhone

I need some help from the electronically talented as I don't have an 8 year old kid handy.

I have: Raymarine e7 chart plotter that is Blue-tooth audio capable.
Apple 5 iPhone
Fusion MS CD600 stereo

What I would like to do is control the Apple iPhone from the e7 at the helm
and play it through the Fusion radio. I see there is a Fusion receiver unit
MS BT100 that will connect to the Fusion stereo. Can I bluetooth connect the e7 to the iPhone, the iPhone to the MS BT100 and then the MS BT100 to the Fusion stereo? Will that work. The MS BT100 is around $30.00.

There does not seem to be a direct adapter from the phone lightning to the Fusion.
I think there used to be a 30 pin connector to the Fusion MS CD600 RCA connectors
for old iPods.

Is there an easier solution? Can you give me a quick synopsis of how to do this?

can you not just pair each one to the iphone via bluetooth

I have the MS-RA205 radio coupling it to the MS-Unidock. The unidock uses a USB connection wire that can be lightening or any other proprietary connection to a standard USB connection at the back of the radio. Control on the radio gives you control of the iPhone/iPod play list. Or you can plug in a thumb drive using the same system, just get compatible USB connectors. I have learned the Fusion software has a limit on how large of a collection it can access. Tried to use my Passport terabyte hard drive "Greatest Music of the last Century"- no joy. Not sure about the e7 hookup, but would think if you can control the radio with the e7 then your golden.

I don't think that the MS CD600 has a USB port.

Looking at the manual I believe you are correct. It is not a USB connector. It looks proprietary round connector on one end iPod connector on the other. That looks a bit like the iPhone 4S connector. Suggest you send Fusion a query. I have had several email discussions about the USB port and their software for my unit. They have been quick to respond. (Remember they are in a different time zone and a day difference - New Zealand) It looks like CD music is the strength of the MS-600.
