1976 cherubini hunter fuse panel has no power . Looked for loose ground but unable to find any, suggestions?

Got it. Are your batteries wired up good, any corrosion on posts, 1-2-all-off switch set correctly. Do you actually have fuses rather than breaker switches? Share a bit of your troubleshooting and that’ll help get some feedback from others here. Pics help too!
These guessing games can be frustrating. Do you have a simple voltmeter to trace where the power disappears from the batteries?
Trace with a DMM or even an analog voltmeter (if such things exist anymore)
Start at the batteries - follow each lead. At some point in time you'll find out that the voltage 'stopps' and that's where your problem is.
