I would check your electrical panel as there are typically circuit breakers built into it. There may also be a small in-line fuse in the 12 volt side, at least that's the situation on my 28.5.
There is a breaker for the 115v in the back of the aft berth on the starboard side. The other breakers are in the panel below the ceiling just foreward of the companionway. The only fuse on my 280 is a fuseable link between the batteries and the main battery switch.
