My 1978 31' has (had) a Hood SeaFurl which gave up its bearings in a pile of rust recently. Can this be rebuilt and if so, where can I find replacement bearings? If not, any suggestions on replacement? Thanks. TJ
Hood made several variations of the SeaFurl. I just finished rebuilding my model 2535 with parts from Pompanette. Mine uses a Norseman fitting on the bottom of the drum vs the newer model that uses the existing headstay turnbuckel. Which do you have?
