If anyone has any experience with a Furlboom brand boom furler I would love to hear from you as I am thinking of purchasing a new H38, I dont like in mast furling and the boom is too high to manage lazy jacks comfortably. I assume this is OK as Hunter supplies this ex-factory but I would like to hear the experiences of others.Thanks in advance. John

John, I have a Furlboom on my H410. on my fourth season with it. the boom is great. can reef at virtually any wind angle. six full battens on my main. large roach. all these in boom furlers are critical of the boom angle for furling, so make sure the riggers get it set right. Like all new items takes a bit of practice. I'm in the directory if you have any specific questions. Bryce S/V Spellbinder H410
