.....mine with a 20US Gal plastic(???) one and relocated it in the lazerette against the bulkhead behind the sink running stbd to port. Built a 3" tray to set it in and strapped it in to prevent any movement. I have no complaints and just have to lift the seat to see how much fuel I have.
Have a 78 Hunter 30. The orig alum tank started leaking, got it fixed then changed my mind and went with a poly 17 gal. Bigger, won't corrode, and most of all won't condense and get water in it. Kept it in the same place as the orig one.
