Catalina
Catalina has replacement tanks available, but, if you have an older boat, get all of the measurements from Catalina first to make sure that everything fits fine.My 1981 developed a pinhole leak in a forward, bottom corner so I ordered a new tank from Catalina. It comes complete with new fuel guage for $250 or so (I don't remember the exact amount). In any case, it was built with a lower profile and therefore longer fore and aft than my old one. In my boat, the outlet thru hull for my macerator is just aft of the fuel tank (I think this might have been a mod by a previous owner and not the original location) and there wasn't room for the new tank (by less than 1"!).I returned the tank to Catalina for a full refund and had my old one patched at a welding shop for $65. If I had my druthers, I'd have preferred to have spent the money for a new tank since I figure that another leak may just be a year or two away. Given all the work to empty, remove and replace the tank and the peace of mind I would have had, I wouldn't have minded the extra expense.Good luck.
