It wasn't that bad.
Once I cleared off the coffin birth and pulled off the board that is over the tank and the hot water heater..
I had to pull out a home made battery box that had been epoxied in place so I expect that you'll have a battery box of some type to deal with. Once all of the fuel is out (my yard brought a vacumn tank over to my pier to empty what hadn't already leaked out ) and the guage and other lines on top of the tank are disconnected there are only 8 screws. 2 in each if four flanges The 4 screws to starboard are readily accessable and the forward ones on the port side can be reached by pulling out a couple of drawers in the cabinetbetween the ladder and the ice box. .
So the only real trick is getting to the after portside screws We were able to get to them by reaching down from the coffin birth side and feeling where to put the screwdriver into the slots. That's probably the hardest part and working with a contortionist with skinny arms helps.
After that the tank just lifts out. it weighs about 25 pounds empty and one person can easily carry it.
It took about an hour and a half overall.
Hope this helps, John
