Added an Outside Gauge to my 89 Vision
My 89 Vision didn't come with a fuel gauge. Instructions said to lift the rear seat cover and view the amount of fuel in the tank thru the plastic sides. This was near impossible in dim light, and became more impossible as the tank became darker over time.I had a small buddy go down in the starboard locker and read the model and manufacturer of the tank to me. After calling them I found that they had a tank sending unit that would fit the present clean-out opening on the top of the tank. I ordered one, and installed a gauge next to the engine panel in the cockpit. If you can figure out who made your tank, you can probably get a replacement gauge from them.
