Anyone with some info of fuel use of the 312 Oceanis 1995 at approx 2000 rpm? Thanks

my OC 400, with a Perkins 50, chugs down about .8 g/hr at 2k RPM, more if I'm bucking wind and waves. it took 70 gallons to go from Cabo San Lucas to Turtle Bay against an average of 16-20 knots of wind and four to six foot swells, traveling at about 3 kts. My dodger is very large.

Not much

Just went to Put-In-Bay this weekend on our 1999 321 and had to motor all the way. Filled up at PIB and it worked out to .54 gal/hr for the past 14-odd hours. 9 of that was motoring to PIB leisurely with the Detroit River current and the rest just in/out of the marina since the beginning of the season. I'd say .5 or so per hour is a good number.

Fuel Usage

Jerry, Depends on what engine you have. The 2GM20 in my 323 uses approx 1/2 gal/hr at 2800 RPM's, which is approx. 6 knots in calm seas. Sail On... Terry
