My H340 with the 3GM30F engine and a three blade Campbell sailer prop gets somewhat less than 3/4 GPH crusing at 2,800 - 3,000 RPM. It's best to over estimate, and don't forget that you can't get to that last gallon or so in the tank.
To be safe, I would figure 1 gal/hr. Test your consumption yourself. I had a 2gm and it was always in the range of 3/4 - 1 gal/hr. This was based on logs and I always run the engine at the 75-80% of max. (approx 2800 rpm).The new boat has a 3 cyl. 3jh and it is using about .7-.8/hr.
