I'm restoring a 1972 P30 and all of the sea cocks are frozen. Before I replace them as they are very expensive does any one have information how to free them up and rebuild?
Thanks

Our Pearson 303 had one frozen seacock a large Crition Wilcox. I was able to free it by removing all the adjusting nuts and lock nuts and using a wooden or lead mallet. Driving the tapered plug towards the handle. You may have to spray some PB Buster in the grease/drain plugs on the sides of the seacock and anywhere else you might get some penetration. Good Luck
