Hi, I think the Frigoboat compressor speed controller has failed.
Currently the compressor is running at slow speed but dosent respond to the speed regulator unit.
Can I remove the speed controller and bridge terminals to get max speed temporarily until I get back to land? Cheers

Cheers for that.
Have been through those docs.
They probably don't want ppl hot wiring their compressors:)

We had a Frigoboat system in our boat for a decade. It came with a little replacement circuit board to replace the sophisticated 'super speed control' unit, just in case the main controller died.
We never had to try this, and when the compressor failed, we installed a new Isotherm system with the inside air exchanger. No problems since. I did remove the 'keel cooler' and patch the hull, as well. Our climate is cool enough that we decided that we did not need the complexity. Interesting that most of these little coolers seem to use the same Italian compressor .

Cheers,
Our problem was the push on speed control unit. Up and away now !!
