Hello!
I have lost the smallest of the three acrylic glasses in the frigo box of my Hunter 340 (the one on the bottom).
Where can I buy it or have anyone a drawing or can make a scan 1:1 of this acrylic glass for me. To make a new one for me is no problem, have a CNC Machine.

You might try a cardboard cutout. Carve it to fit then duplicate it in acrylic.

hello, thanks for your respond.
it is not so easy to thake the size from the frigo, it is very small and very deep. it is a hard work to clean the bottom and it is harder to check the size of the acrylic glass. to my boat it is a trip of 400km.

Okay I see. Ours has one fairly large acrylic piece in the bottom. I don't know if it's the same or not. Next time I get to the boat I could take a photo and measurements if that helps.

Hello Ken!
Thank´s, I hope you have the same. I have 2 pcs in the middle height of the frigobox an one smaller at the bottom (covers the hole to the bilge).

And now a word from the sponsor...
Cabinet catch for many Hunters

These catches were common on Hunters from the Legend-era through today's Marlow-Hunters. We keep a large stock on hand for emergency shipments or just getting spares.

Made it to the boat today. I suspect yours may be different. Hopefully someone else will chime in. Ours has one part in the bottom. Dimensions are 8 5/8 x 24 3/8 x 1/4 inches.

The photo is looking straight down.

Hi ger123, I have a 1999 H340, I believe the piece you are talking about is about 12 inches long, and about 3 inch wide at one end and 2 inch at the other end? If so, I'll bring mine home next time I go to the boat (about 2 wks) and will bring home to scan. May have to do it in two scans, but I'll put a metric ruler beside for scale.

Hi Ed, that´s great, yes I think the H340 1999 it´s the same as the H340 2002. In europe I can't find many H340 owners so this forum is very helpful for me. Many thank‘s for your efforts!

(Sorry, my english ist not so good)

ger123:
Here are your images. The part is too long for my flatbed scanner, so I scanned it in halves (img010 and 011), and put a piece of tape on it to help you reconstruct the image, along with a scale. Also I just took a photo in case that works better. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else.

Hello Ed!

One question, your pictures shows the top - right? I remember the outsides of the acrylic are curved at the bottom (chamfer)?

Thank´s ger123

I can't see any chamfer on the edge of the acrylic. If I lay my scale over the centerlines of the 4 holes closer to the long edge I measure 41.1 cm overall length on both top and bottom.

No problem.
If I were making a new one, I'd make one of the drain holes big enough to get a finger in to more easily lift the part out of the molded recess in the bottom of the box.
