Got a used Beneteau 361 with a top loading fridge/freezer and a front door fridge, both of which quickly chill and actually freeze. Doesn't matter what I set the temp control at. And the incoming feeder lines are frosting up. To control the temp, I manually turn electric on and off. When off, lines thaw and create puddles at base of wooden cabinets. Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix?

Insulate the lines or they will continue to freeze & thaw as that is normal behavior. As for the fridge over cooling more specifics on brand and type would be helpful.

Here is where you can get help....

Richard Kollmann is a retired refrigeration expert and maintains a website (see link below) that addresses boat refrigeration issues.

If you register and post he will answer you with a reply that will be helpful.

I came across his website, read a bunch, and then bought his book. Then I posted specific questions about my refrigerator and he answers personally.

I have fixed my refrigerator with his help and now I'm onto my freezer.

I have no connection with Mr. Kollmann but I found his expertise very helpful.
