I foolishly removed the filler cap on the fresh water system on my cat 400. 1/3 of the lip broke off when I removed the cap! Corrosion of 1st order. Has anyone else encountered this-the boat is a 1995 vintage. Is this repairable or does the whole manifold need to be replaced?
