The Galley faucet has little pressure while the Head faucet works fine. Both run off the same pump? I have noticed the pump has a small leak and some corrosion and I think it is original 2003 equipment; time to replace?

Probably just need to clean out the aerator on the galley faucet. If the pump shouldn't leak. Is it leaking water or something else? If it's water from the diaphragm portion you may just need to replace that. If you have corrosion in the motor, I'd replace it, because on the hunters, when the pump goes there's no other way to get water out of your water tanks.
You have some blockage in the line to the galley or the fixture itself. If the pump is leaking I would replace it.
