flush water line ...the one you use from the sea water through hull to feed the head flush pump...not the potable water line ...it just replaces the source from the sea water to the new source for using the head sink to be able to put fresh water through the head pump or to pull seawater as before making you two options for fresh or salt water ...you just are able to pump seawater from the sink drain through hull seacock or close the ball valve and put fresh water in the head sink and flush with fresh water at the end of the day or end of your outing ...i will go back and edit the post so its not so confusing thanks for pointing that out

added note...... you may have to put the sink stopper in the sink in order to pump seawater depending on how low below the water line your sea cock is

Good idea! A gallon milk jug might be easier to use than a bucket. The C310 will likely have a head sink.
That's a great idea! Can't tell you how many times I slopped water doing it with a bucket. I'll have to tell the new owner about that trick.

The 310 has all the plumbing I need. Just have to get it out of the yard and down to Santa Cruz so I can start on my project list, as well as go sailing.
