Freeze doesn't freeze

Two problems I'm having with my super cold machine. 1)Freeze doesn't freeze (stays about 34 degrees). The bulletin sheet tells me to adjust a set screw under the adjustment knob and provides a diagram. The diagram doesn't match my unit and there is no screw as shown on the diagram. Any suggestions. 2)My refer continues to freeze up. Ice forms from top to bottom and encases all food products inside. I've turned up the temperature but, while lessening the icing problem, results in warm beer. Again - any suggestions. Could it be that the seal on the Refer need to be replaced?

possible pressure problem

If it isn't a seal or insulation problem, you might want to check the refrigerant tubing coming out of your holding plate or evaporator. Check it from the point it leaves the plate for any ice build-up when the system has been running for 1/2 hour or so. If there is ice covering more than the first 8-10 inches of tubing, then you probably have a little too much pressure in your system. If no ice at all, you may have a leak and have not enough pressure. If you are getting a lot of ice or frost on your plate during normal use, than you should definitely upgrade your lid seal, it could be letting in alot of humidity, causing the frost to form and prohibiting the system from cooling properly.
