Freedom 21 Cat Boat ????

In my travels through the marinas, I have come accross a 1985 Freedom 21, that was for sale but no activity for quite a while. Who knows anything about this fun looking boat, and where can I get information on the boat, and is there a market for it. It appears all the parts are there, but I did not see the rudder. Sails yes, and spin pole etc also a yes?? It has a neat 3-3.5 slender keel. It appears to have only been used in fresh water.
