That offer looks akin to the credit card offers they send me with a$75 balance already on them. It's the fee for issuing the card they say.
It would be nice if you could leave it behind your house and work on it at your leisure though, not paying yard fees and such.

That's how I rebuilt Bietzpadlin. I bought it with the stipulation that for the purchase price it be delivered to my house and blocked up.
