"free boat" needs a new home

Hi all. The person where I keep free willy has accepted an offer on her house. She literally gave it away to get out of debt. Now I need a slip with min 4ft water, 33ft long and 12 feet wide in central fl. I don't have a ton of money but have handyman skills I can trade. Thanks for reply. Patrick
