I just discovered a crack around the hatch frame on the fore-deck. The deck gives about 1/8" when you step near it, but I don't think the wood is wet. There is a fillet of old sealant around the whole frame that I have not yet removed for inspection. There may be a slight delamination, but as far as I can tell the wood is solid. Anyone have any insight on this situation??? Thanks, Jay
