Shroud tension
You'll find lots of info in the archives on this subject. Not an expert, but my recollection is that others have advised that the tension should be not more than 20% of nominal breaking strength. For example, nomimal breaking strength for 1/8 1x19 cable is 2100lbs and for 5/32 1x19 it's 3300 lbs. Don't know if the cable sizes on the H260 and H26 are the same. You'll need a Loos gage to properly check this. Not sure how to check it if you have a fuler jib instead of a forstay. Maybe somebody else has the info.

Forstay tension
I know how to tension the shrouds on at H260, but how do you measure the tension on the forstay/fuler?

You don't
I asked a year or two ago about measuring tension on forestay with furler luff. The answer is, you don't. The idea is that if you tension the shrouds properly and get the proper amount of rake, then the forestay will be properly tensioned by default. Ron Mehringer H26 Hydro-Therapy
