Forestay length

Theforestay on my Greenwich 24 broke last season and need the measurement for a new one. I measured the seperated pieces from the old one and it's about 28' but would like to know the exact length within a couple of inches/ Thanks , Rich

Take the pieces to a rigging shop and have

them make a new stay from the old one. OR you can hire a rigger to install a new fore stay with a complete warrenty.
