I've got a 04 Hunter 33 and the Force 10 stove has recently quite lighting. I've taken the tank and gotten it filled to confirm that it's not empty. I've also replaced the battery for the ignition system. When I check the solenoid (in the tank storage locker) that is connected to the remote switch mounted in the galley, it is warm to the touch. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Also, who is the manufacturer of the solenoid? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jason

Just add water

My solenoid went bad also so I ran cold water over it to see if was getting so hot it would not work. That turned out to be the problem so I bought a new unit from Parker a pneumaticshydraulics company. There should be a number on the valve. Those valves work better as propane flows through the valve it you energize the value but not turn on a burner etc they will heat up and shorten the life of the solenoid. Hope this helps
