Man that was cool..... 1200 nm on the same tack.... Our host had a beautiful boat. (how 'bout the custom wood work and the killer nav station with all the goodies.) Must be nice....

So, he left tropical Fiji all full of excitement and ambition for New Zealand. 18 hours from New Zealand, the day is cloudy and cold, he points the camera out the window and says, "Today the weather is...(long pause)... We're no longer in the tropics. Why did I want to go to New Zealand?" I swear I really laughed out loud when he said that.
