A poster on this web site, whose name fails me at the moment, gave me a great idea. They saw my garden sprayer post and saw a 15 gallon sprayer at harbor freight complete with pump. Well, I looked at the 15 gallon sprayer and it would not fit anywhere I wanted to put it. I found a 10 gallon one on sale at Northern Tools and decided to give it a try. It fit perfectly under the starboard storage area. I had to change the water pickup because the tank is slightly slanted in that area. Now I have on demand pressure cold water. I wired in a toggle switch and fuse which turns the system on. It builds pressure and automatically shuts off. I also changed the head to a sink sprayer. I like the large opening for easy cleaning and adding water. I will still use the pump sprayer for hot showers. The pump sprayer is better for water/electricity conservation when needed. The pressure one will be nice for filling the tea kettle and rinsing dishes. Now I can carry 10 Clorox bottles up front, 10 gallon in the tank and 2 gallons in the pump sprayer. Now I now have around 30 gallons if I ever need that much. With my new water collection system I should be away from the dock for longer periods. Here is my water system.
