OK guys, I willing to admit to a little bit of envy, but please stop making me laugh with your complaining when the weather is "cold" with temps in the 50s. Yesterday, we got clobbered with 41 cm of snow. ! In plain English, that's +/- 16 inches. Photo attached, clockwise from the left: 1) My backyard at 11 AM as seen through the patio door; 2) looking out from the front door around noon; 3) My driveway after cleaning out around 7:30PM; 4) My boat today.AH how I wish it was a balmy 50 degrees so I could go sailing!

Christmas weekend

is forecast for 60s and sunshine. 4 days off...I think I'll be taking a trip.

And now we're in Florida, and just back from the annual Christmas Boat Parade. Walked to the neighbors' canal-front home, sat on the dock with a glass of wine, and yelled Merry Christmas (or other appropriate secular greetings) as the boats motored slowly by.Weather turned off a bit muggy, and I wish I had worn shorts.Also wish I had pictures to share, but you can probably picture it without my help.I still like snow, but prefer it high in the mountains at least a two hour drive from me.Do have a happy holiday.Sanders

On a Beat

It only gets cold when we are beating to weather, on a run its quite warm. All we do is put on a windbreaker. Tough life. We also envy you with all that time to finish boat projects; we can't seem to get anything done as we are too busy sailing.
