We just installed the Campbell sailor 3-blade prop we ordered and received some months back. And Wow! It has really smoothed out the vibes. No longer can you get a thigh massage on the combing. We went from going 5 knots at 2,800 rpms to 7 knots easy. backing down hard causes some cavitation and a jacuzzi behind your boat (not so bad if you don't jam the gas hard) but it stops well. About the same prop-walk as before. We paid $400.00 bucks. The advertising shows slightly more drag than the standard two blade but I can't tell. Our wind/speed ration is about the same in all wind speed ranges. If you are like us and looking for smoother motoring, lowest drag without kicking out $2,500 for a Max, and good performance I would highly recommend. Doug

Al, www.westbynorth.com West by North enterprises is the manufacturer and seller of the campbell sailor. Visit their website. All I had to go on was the testimonials and product info on their site. I risked it. The reason I posted the info is to let people know it is worth the money and lives up to it's claims. Have them fax you the sheet to fill out or fill out on their site. As they ask you everything from displacement, max hp, tranny reduction, dimensions, etc. you know you are not going to get over or under-propped. We gave if full gas after installing and our yanmar 2gm maxed out at 3400-3500 rpms just like it should. We find 20-2800 extremely smooth. The steering wheel feels like we are sailing instead of motoring. See ya
