I recently tried to get a quote for a repower from Foley Engines. The guy on the phone inquire got very agitated when I inquired about used equipment. So I sent an online inquire and below is their reply. Has anyone else experienced such problems in trying to do business with them? Royce, At the conclusion of your initial phone call to us, I indicated that we would not be interested in quoting you. At all. Under any circumstance. Then you called back in disbelief. You then called back on Friday and I reiterated that to you. Apparently, communication skills are not another of your strong points. Now you have emailed us. I understand why you would persist: we are nationally recognized as the oldest engine house in North America and have built a reputation for offering knowledgeable professional assistance. But that assistance is offerred to people we choose to work with.
