Many racing sailors...

...use Martec folding props. http://www.martec-props.com/eliptec-info.htm You can pick them up on Ebay for about $150. Feathering props do almost as well with very low drag and are much better at powering in both forward and significantly better in reverse. I race quite a bit and use a Max feathering prop.

Racing prop for a 336

I put a prop on my 336 that I got fitted by Martec. Hated it! That darn thing clunked the entire boat every time you shifted the tranny. I just didnt like it. And you have to mark the shaft because the prop needs to be locked with the blades vertical.. or they will drop when your ghosting. Look for a better prop than Martec. IMHO. Cheers

Check out Max-Prop

I have a 1988 33.5 with the 18HP Yanmar (2cyl) and it is equipped with a 2 blade feathering Max-Prop. It powers well in forward and reverse and feathers quickly to provide minimum drag. Check out the PYI website link.

I have a 2GM20 in my H280 and use the Martec folding prop. The key is to get a

Rick is correct; it does clunk when opening and is only adequate in reverse, but it does provide very low drag at a modest price. Our 15x12 cost ~800 a couple of years ago. Gori also makes a nice geared folder so check them out as well. If $$ is not a real issue however, I would go with the feathering recommendations.
