The screen in my bulkhead mounted Data-Marine Dart (wind,speed,depth,log) fogs within an hour of removing the cover. Any ideas on causes or solutions? I was told the cauking was the cause, but I would think it needs to be protected. Any opinions will be appreciated. Thank you.

Harry If you have instrument lights on the indicator, try turning them on and see if the fog disappears. There was a recent thread about this. Mositure gets into the body of the instrument, and then when the cover comes off, the moisture condenses. Stu
