Doubt you can save any money if you need to ship.

I doubt that you are going to save any money if you have to pay for shipping. I suggest that you shop around locally.Make sure that you get the correct foam for each area. You do not want the same foam for sleeping & sitting. Talk to some places that know something about making boat cushions.

Try a Fabric Store

I've seen it in many different thicknesses and sizes in large fabric stores. Surprisingly, the prices were reasonable.
